# Quand je charge un notebook sur la plateforme, j'ai un message d'erreur

- Si vous voyez un message d'erreur, assurez-vous de :
  
    1. Désactivez les pop-ups ou les bloqueurs de publicité sur votre navigateur
    2. Fermer tous les onglets de votre navigateur
    3. Aller sur le dashboard d'accueil de la plateforme
    4. Faire Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) / Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
    5. Ouvrir le notebook souhaité
    6. Si le message est encore affiché, refaire Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) / Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) sur le notebook
    7. Si le problème persiste, vous pouvez passer en navigation privée.

*⚠️Il est fortement recommandé de ne pas laisser votre session ouverte et inactive pendant longtemps.*

*⚠️Déconnectez-vous quand vous avez fini de faire vos exercices et passer vos examens afin d'éviter le problème déjà mentionné.*
