# I can't execute code cells or restart the kernel during my exam.

In this case, try the following:

1. **Interrupt the kernel**: Use the shortcut Esc + I + I.
2. **Restart the kernel**: Click the "Restart Kernel" button at the bottom of the left menu.
3. **Reload the page**: Press CTRL + R.

If these steps don't work, we recommend continuing the exam and providing feedback at the end so that the graders can address the issue.
