      I can't execute code cells or restart the kernel during my exam.

      In this case, try the following:

      1. Interrupt the kernel: Use the shortcut Esc + I + I.
      2. Restart the kernel: Click the "Restart Kernel" button at the bottom of the left menu.
      3. Reload the page: Press CTRL + R.

      If these steps don't work, we recommend continuing the exam and providing feedback at the end so that the graders can address the issue.
