Please follow this procedure:

In the menu, select "History" and then "Clear Recent History." If the menu bar is hidden, press "Alt" to make it visible.

In the "Time range to clear" dropdown menu, select the desired period; to clear your entire cache, choose "Everything."

Next to "Details," click the down arrow to select the history items to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.

Click "Clear Now."

Close all browser windows and reopen it.
If the problem persists, you can switch to private browsing or use a different browser to access the platform.
