When I load a notebook on the platform, I get an error message

If you see an error message, please ensure that you:

  1. Disable pop-ups or ad blockers on your browser.
  2. Close all browser tabs.
  3. Go to the platform's home dashboard.
  4. Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) / Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
  5. Open the desired notebook.

If the message still appears, press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) / Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) again on the notebook.

If the issue persists, you can switch to private browsing.

โš ๏ธ It is strongly recommended not to leave your session open and inactive for a long period.

โš ๏ธ Log out when you have finished your exercises and exams to avoid the previously mentioned problem.
